He is currently the President of the National University of La Plata. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the National University of La Plata. He also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the same University and a Specialist degree in Marketing from the Argentine University of Enterprise. As a teacher, he is a Full Professor of “Administration I” at the Faculty of Economic Sciences UNLP and a Master's Professor at the National University of La Plata, National University of Mar del Plata, National University of the Northeast and National University of the Northwest of the Province of Buenos Aires.
With extensive experience in university management, he was Academic Secretary, Vice Dean and Dean of the Faculty of Economic Sciences UNLP and Vice President of the National University of La Plata. Currently, he is the Vice President of the Association of Universities of the Montevideo Group, a regional bloc that includes universities from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay and Colombia. He has participated in accredited national and international scientific research projects on Educational Quality and Organizational Social Responsibility, including coordinating books, authorship of book chapters and articles in specialized journals. He is a Panelist and speaker at national and international congresses, conferences and symposia, on topics such as General Administration, University Governance, Educational Quality, Organizational Social Responsibility and Leadership.
