Born in 1975, Mahmut M. Özdil graduated from the Faculty of Law at Galatasaray University in 2000 and subsequently earned a master’s degree in public law from the same institution. Specializing in administrative law and judicial procedures, he has delivered lectures and provided legal consultancy in these fields. Since the establishment of the Turkish Maarif Foundation, he has served as a member of its Executive Board and Board of Trustees. He is married and has one child.
