Jeri Gloria Ramón Ruffner de Vega

She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting with a specialization in Auditing, a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Anti-Corruption, and a Doctorate in Accounting. 

She has been a speaker at events organized by the Latin American Association of Faculties and Schools of Public Accounting (ALAFEC), the Inter-American Accounting Association (AIC), and various public sector institutions. She has also participated in training programs at the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic. She has more than 13 scientific publications in reputable academic journals and has participated in 8 research projects that contribute to the development of accounting sciences. In 2014, she received the “Researcher with Scientific Publications” recognition for her outstanding work in scientific research. 

She has more than 40 years of managerial experience in the public and private sectors, during which she has provided advisory and consulting services to industrial, mining, commercial, and service companies. She has offered financial advisory services in mergers, spin-offs, acquisitions, and business valuations, as well as forensic accounting services. She is the former President of the Expert Committee of the College of Public Accountants of Lima. In addition, she is a full-time principal professor and served as Dean of the Faculty of Accounting Sciences at UNMSM during the 2013–2016 period.
