Her Excellency al-Droubi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language and Literature. She is the founder and patron of the Children and Youth Council of Ministers in the Syrian Arab Republic. She leads the national campaign against school dropout, targeting more than 2.4 million Syrian children. 

HE al-Droubi is also Supervisor of Excellence and Creativity Schools in the Syrian Arab Republic. She leads national and international efforts to establish Schools for the Children of Martyrs. She is the head the world’s largest anti–school-dropout campaign —by number of beneficiaries— supporting millions of children inside Syria and abroad. As the patron of the Syrian Green Crescent Project, focuses on environmental protection and alternative energy; the first initiative of its kind worldwide. 

She also oversees the “Qudrat” Center for persons with disabilities and war survivors, providing rehabilitation, psychological support, and vocational services, serving hundreds of thousands of individuals. She provides direct supervision of the “Amal” Center to ensure high-quality services for children with special needs and to develop early-intervention and family-support programs. She is the patron of the upcoming “First National Disability Conference in Syria,” serving as a national platform for dialogue on policies, legislation, and international partnerships. 

Al-Droubi supervises the National Campaign to Combat Child Begging through establishing specialized centers and developing protection and reintegration programs.
